Audi Gozlan’s Kabalah Yoga will show you how to fully empower your body and mind.

Given our modern, technological, too-busy lifestyles, it’s no surprise that everybody is looking for a more meaningful way toward self-discovery. For this reason and countless others – health, exercise, relaxation, the list goes on – the age-old East Indian tradition of yoga is very popular these days. Yoga establishes a sense of simplicity within our complicated lives. It focuses on a balance between asanas (poses), pranayamas (breathing techniques) and meditation.

In this way, yoga brings harmony to the body and mind. It relaxes the tension in your muscles and makes room for your positive energy to blossom. Most of all, yoga vastly improves your ability to focus and become more consciously aware of the potentials within your body.

Recently, many people have started turning to the ancient Jewish mysticism of kabalah for the very same reasons they’ve turned to yoga. Kabalah is all about life, energy, and the soul. Simply put, kabalah does for the soul what yoga does for the body.

Literally meaning “to receive”, kabalah is both the wisdom of awareness and the awareness of wisdom that Adam, man’s progenitor, first received and then passed down to his descendants. Secretly, kabalah’s edicts were taught to a select few, who in turn handed it over to the most pious and pure souls of each generation. These days we live in a world that could benefit from more truths and fewer ambiguities, and so kabalah has been attracting those in need of spirituality and the enrichment of their individual selves.

To live a kabalah life is to bring a higher consciousness to every thought considered, every word spoken and every act engaged. One cannot become a kabalist by simply using the intellect to meditate upon lofty ideas. Rather, a kabalist pursues enlightenment in every one of life’s many moments.

According to kabalah, life was created through the Hebrew language, the original language of the world. This is the language that was spoken by Adam, Noah, Abraham and all their successors. Hebrew is not only the original dialect of the Bible, its letters were also the sacred tools used by God to invent the world and each thing in it. The kabalists say that for seven days during the creation of the world, the Hebraic letters were combined into many words, used to name every form of life in heaven and earth. These Hebraic letters then became the physical realities they represented.

The shapes of each Hebraic letter, then, bear the wealth of life’s secrets, the very secrets that kabalists use to become more spiritual and balanced. According to kabalah, each letter consists of divine light.

Kabalah yoga is the act of harnessing this spiritual and ancient light by creating the shape of the Hebraic letters with body postures. By taking the shape of the letters of Creation, practitioners can benefit from the energies they embody, allowing good thoughts, happiness, and wisdom to enter them.

Therefore, kabalah yoga is a new approach to uniting the awareness of the mind, body, and soul. Its system of meditation and movement will bond your external and internal selves. Best of all, kabalah yoga can be performed by anyone searching for a higher meaning to life. Posturing in the Hebraic letters will result in the enjoyment of the unique energies that emanate from their shapes.
